We Are The Fallen announce debut UK gig!

Former Evanescence members Ben Moody, John LeCompt and Rocky Gray will play their first official show with their new outfit We Are The Fallen in London next month.

The band, who also feature former American Idol contestant Carly Smithson and ex-Disturbed bassist Marty O’Brien, will play London’s Kings College on March 23.

Tickets go on sale this Friday (February 5) at 9AM from www.aloud.com.

I hope they fail miserably. Anyone who is diluded enough to think this is "the new evanescence" needs their head checked. American Idol outcasts cannot replace Amy Lee! I'm looking forward to Ev's new album later this year personally.

Trust Kerrang

The most annoying part of this is that Kerrang didn't feel the need to report on the release of a new Evanescence song being released 2 weeks ago in aid of Haiti and then they put THIS on their website! How lame.

i agree with Patrick too, Evanescence go and help out Haiti by releasing a GOOD song and donating all the money to Haiti, you know doing something good, and you don't even report it in the Magazine!?
but yet report some crappy band doing a random gig in London, doubt they'll even get anyone going to it

I'm not sure why folks are hating on WATF. You can like them AND Evanescence as well. It's not a chicken and egg thing... I actually think the single is great and I'll check them out for sure.

At the end of the day I think you can like both bands if you want to if you enjoy the music. If you don't then fair enough.

But like other people have said, why have Kerrang reported this but completely overlooked reporting on Evanescence releasing a song where all the proceeds go towards Haiti? And that was the other week!

really? their debut gig? I must be confused, I kinda thought they'd already "debuted" themselves... but anyway, I heard a song of theirs on the radio a few days ago- it sounded just like evanescence- only not as good. If I were in their situation I would want to make my new bands music sound at least a little different from my old band's wouldn't you?

Seriously though, it's pathetic they haven't reported ANYTHING about Together Again. They've really gone down the tubes. And WATF are shit by the way. I've listened to Bury Me Alive and I thought it sounded like a rip off of Evanescence with average vocals!
