New Nine Inch Nails album next year

Despite announcing their hiatus and having already sold a lot of their equipment on eBay, Nine Inch nails mainman Trent Reznor has announced that he will be releasing not one, but two new albums next year.

“2010 has a number of things planned including new material from Nine Inch Nails and something else that isn't Nine Inch Nails,” he revealed in a news posting on the band’s official website.

“I am in a state of rediscovery and reinvention that feels unfamiliar, unsure and exactly what I need,” he added.

All I can say is awesome, just a shame that he wont tour to play the new material.

I'm glad I got to see them too, although it was on their Year Zero tour in 2007, would've loved to have been at THAT London O2 show...

Glad to hear he's not sitting on his arse though :P

The whole point of the Wave Goodbye tour was to literally wave goodbye to touring for awhile, he never said he was going to quit music forever! Everyone needs a break, the guy's a hardworker after all. I'm just glad I got to go to the London O2 show, 'cause that was EPIC!

:( its good hes releasing two forms of new material however its a shame hes not touring :( i seen them in febuary 2007 leeds 2007 london this year and sonisphere, i have there logo tattooed on my wrist he needs to tour again :(
