Paul McCartney snubs Ozzy Osbourne

Meeting your heroes is never easy, even when you’re the most famous rock singer on the planet as Black Sabbath legend Ozzy Osbourne will attest.

Speaking to Heat magazine, The Double O revealed that he once asked his hero, former Beatles bassist Paul McCartney, to play bass on one of his songs.

"Meeting Paul McCartney was fucking phenomenal," said Ozzy. "I was in the studio at the same time as him and tried to get him to play bass on one of my songs.

“But he said he couldn't improve on the bassline that was there,” Ozzy explained. “I said, 'Are you kidding? You could piss on the record and I'd make it my life'."

I's because Paul wouldn't play on Ozzy's song, even though Ozzy asked him nicely and they were in the studio at the same time. It's not 'cause the Beatles aren't Kerrang! worthy you fucking retard.

He said he couldn't improve on the bassline already recorded, that's not really snubbing someone in my book.

But the way Kerrang! have phrased the title means casual readers who don't even bother reading the article will assume 'Macca is a cunt because Ozzy is a million times better than Beatles will ever be, OMGZ!!!'

Yeah right. McCartney didn't play on it because he knew that if he did, by the time it came to looking for royalties, Ozzy's cunt of a wife would simply have hired some session bassist to play over McCartney's part.
