No Doubt sue Band Hero makes

No Doubt have filed a lawsuit against video game publisher Activision Blizzard Inc over the use of their likeness on the new game Band Hero.

The Orange County ska-punks are seeking unspecified damages and an injunction preventing the company from distributing the game.

Hooray!

The more people sue Activision for this shitfest of a "Hero" franchise, the better.

I find it hilarious that No Doubt are DLC for Rock Band next week, too.

yeah.

They really aren't DLC for next week. White Stripes, The Damned and Kasabian are....Also Guitar Hero and all other Hero's are now shit and a waste of time and money.

Hmm

Well, to be fair I reckon, with the exception of Guitar Hero Metallica, the last good thing to come out of the franchise was Guitar Hero 3, since then the whole thing has just seemed to turn into one big shite spewing money grabbing ideal that's getting worse with every release.. I suppose it is good that they're expanding their market but it's going too far.
