Guns N’ Roses set for Chinese Democracy world tour

Guns N’ Roses are gearing up to play their first shows since the release of their long overdue sixth studio album, Chinese Democracy, last November.

The band have already confirmed a number of Canadian shows - which are being billed as Guns N' Roses Chinese Democracy World Tour - which kick off in Winnipeg on January 13 and conclude in Halifax on February 4.

According to US mag Rolling Stone, before the Canadian dates, the band will head to Taiwan, Korea and Japan in December.

European dates are expected to be officially announced shortly.

AHA.

Chinese Democracy was NOT a good album are you kidding me?
It's not actually Guns 'N' Roses when it's only one member from the band! It's Axl + others. Also, his voice sucks now a days why would you pay for listen to that for a couple hours?!

When they made "Appetite for Destruction" Axl was the only original member of The Band with Slash, Duff, Izzy & Steven replacing Tracii Guns, Rob Gardener & Ole Beich

Yeah but who actually gives a fuck about THOSE members?...
I think what people mean by the 'original lineup' is the CLASSIC lineup...

Well, People say that "Chinese Democracy" ain't GN'R, It's Axl's Solo Album, Due to the fact that GN'R have never had a stable Line-Up, Appetite for Destruction, GN'R Lies, Use Your Illusions I & II & The Spaghetti Incident were all Axl's Solo Albums

You Moob.

Guns 'N' Roses was formed with the 'classic' line up, L.A. Guns featured Axl, Tracii, Rob & Ole (obviously before GNR), pretty sure at least.

Guns N Roses?

What? How can you say, the legendary 80's icons of rock GUNS N ROSES are touring? They died long ago, this is just 'THE AXL ROSE BAND'

Call them what you want Chinese Democracy kicks ass. Saw the new version of G n R in New York in 2006 and they were amazing. Just because Slash, Duff, Steven are replaced doesn't mean it can't be good.

I like the new album. It stretches boundaries that they couldn't have done in the classic line up. I might even go so the Axl & friends road show. I think the Illusion lineup with Izzy was the best because Steven Adler couldn't keep time - listen to the start of Paradise City. Does this make me a bad person?

I didn't think Chinese Democracy was too bad. Some of the songs were shit but as a whole it was a good album. I went to see them in Newcastle back in 2006 and they were awesome until Axl had a hissy fit and stormed off!! Anyway band lineups change all the time so why do people have to bitch about G'N'R? Sure it would be great to have Slash, Izzy, Duff and Steven back but it isn't going to happen so shut up moaning. If you don't like em now don't listen

great songs

It is nice to see GNR back. It was too long time since "Use Your Illusion". This album is not that good, but still shows that Axel is back on the track.
