Chuck Biscuits: 1965 - 2009

Legendary punk drummer Chuck Biscuits died on October 24 after a lengthy battle with throat cancer. He was 44 years old.

Chuck, whose real name was Charles Montgomery, performed with D.O.A., Black Flag, Circle Jerks and Danzig.

Kerrang! would like to pass on their condolences to his family and friends.

Pretty much what Nicole said. Wonderful drummer, loved his work with Black Flag and Danzig.

R.I.P Chuck

I agree with all of these. He will be missed greatly, one should not loose their life at such an age.

the greatest !!

chuck was the greatest !! i spent a lot of time imitating him after i heard "something better change" and "hardcore 81" and then saw him live with the circle jerks... he blew everyone away... i am very sad... my love to his family...
