What the hell? Harry Potter? Also Dear Superstar are fucking awful, I saw them with Papa Roach and they think they are so "Rock n roll". They're awful.

They do put on the best show in rock! I saw them 15 years ago in Anaheim and then saw them in San Diego in Aug. '09. I must say, it was incredible! They still rock 20 some years later! They will rock until they're 80 some! HAHA Keep on Rockin' guys! You are the best!

Going to see these guys in Manchester in October! I absolutely can't wait, 18 years old and haven't yet been to any form of concert or gig, so to lose my concert virginity to these guys is veryyy sexy and awesome =D Love you Greenday, my ultimate favourite band since I was like 7. You've been inspirational to me and the music that I listen to.

I saw the boys in Philadelphia in July, and just as Emma will do, my 14 yr old son lost his "concert virginity" there, standing front and center next to the stage (I was in some geezer seats, I didn't want to spoil his fun with dad lurking about!). It was a fantastic show -- I know Emma and everyone else will have a great experience with Green Day. My hope is that they will take a run back through the US after they're done with you international folks, and we'll see them again! Enjoy

kerrang

i just came on here to say, the reading/leeds reviews in this issue are fucking bullshit.

first off, leftover crack were not 'awful' or whatever word was used to describe them. yeah, alot of their songs are about killing cops. so what. dont like them? then dont watch them, or give them a bad review for playing really fucking well. they are an awesome band, with a massive array of awesome songs.

in what way are anti-flag unoriginal??? jesus, theyve been around since 1988. and theyre still here, making great music, with a huge huge huge fanbase, most of which have probably stuck around since the start. if they were that crap, theyd have no fans, and would have retired years ago.

bouncing souls and streetlight manifesto are two other bands who played reading this year and put on an amazing show. did you not see the crowd for SM? everyone was loving it! singing along and bouncing around like there was no tomorrow.
bouncing souls played extremely well, especially throwing a cover of hybrid moments into the mix. neither of those bands were rubbish, and are never rubbish, as the review seemed like it was suggesting.

everyone in the lockup tent at reading had such a good time, shame kerrang's reviewer/s seemed to hate it so much.

whoever reviews these shows needs to get a friggin clue, and stop bumming off shit, uncharismatic, boring bands such as you me at six. i'm sure there are other people out there who agree with me.

i remember when kerrang used to be pretty good. its just full of overrated shit these days. glad i dont bother wasting my money on it every week like i used to.

i agree with hannah about kerrang (and other places) always 'bumming off' the same crappy bands over and over again. good on you for finally saying it out loud!
