Trivium announce UK tour!

Trivium have announced a full UK for March 2010.

The appropriately titled Into The Mouth Of Hell We Tour tour will see the metallers hit up 16 shows around the country.

“United Kingdom! As we said at Download, the UK was the first place in the world to truly embrace Trivium and make us feel like we had a home away from home on stage," says singer/guitarist Matthew Heafy.

"The first several UK headline tours we did back in 2005 and 2006 were destructive, lethal and life-changing experiences we shared together:. It's been a very long time since we've done a full blown, multi-date headlining UK tour... and man have we missed it."

"We're coming back with a vengeance and we're bringing some friends and we're playing some of our favourite venues. We hope to see you there!”

The dates are as follows:

March 2010
05 Cardiff Uni
06 Nottingham Rock City
07 Stoke Victoria Hall
08 Leeds Met Uni
10 Newcastle Academy
11 Inverness Ironworks
12 Glasgow Barrowlands
13 Manchester Academy
14 Norwich UEA
16 Portsmouth Pyramid Centre
17 London Koko
18 London Koko
20 Oxford Academy
22 Folkestone Leas Cliff Hall
23 Wolverhampton Wulfrun Hall
24 Bristol Academy

Tickets will go on sale for all shows at 9am on Monday July 13 from www.aloud.com and are priced £16.50 regionally and £18 London.

well, their newer stuff aint amazing, only way i would spend 16.50 is if they had some decent support bands like bodom or atreyu, otherwise i aint wasting my money on seeing just trivium. bet the support is crap :\

Their newer stuff IS amazing!
It certainly pisses all over the anti climax that was The Crusade that's for sure :P

No idea who the supports will be, I'm hoping for Shadows Fall, Devildriver or Atreyu, but my guess is they'll only take one of those bands if any of them, and probably some local or UK supports?

Also it would be EPIC if they took Gojira on tour with them as support like they did in 07!
They havn't played here in months and I'd LOVE to see them in such an intitmate space as the Ironworks!

I'd like bfmv to support - doubt they will though :/
16.50 quid is a bargin ! -But that'll probably mean there support acts won't be great.

Try living in Northampton pal, no-one ever plays here (coz there is nowhere for them to play, we have to go to Nottingham, birmingham and would you believe it . . . . . . Wolverhampton!!!!!!! Think yourself very bloody lucky!!!!!!!!!!

Why can't they play at the civic and not the wulfun?
the civic has twice the capacity!
plus, there is no act at the civic on the same date!

IRELAND

They are going everywhere but Ireland, I hate the way they say everywhere in the UK even though they aren't coming to " Northern Ireland " which is part of the UK, I just hate being sooo fucking isolated from all the major bands, Hope you guys enjoy them while they're over

we will never go to see them at Wolverhampton again as they sound shite there, we saw them the first time they played over hear at the nec and they sounded awsome but they can never get the sound right at the wulfrun hall.
the last 2 times they was there we went but never again.
change it to the acadamy in Birmingham and we would go.
