I LOVE The Mission District, I saw them live when they supported Simple Plan and they were amazing! Bit dissapointed coz I have a version of that song where the singer sort of laughs 'but I'm so over you' slightly towards the end and I thought it made the song just that little bit better. Oh well, the song still is brilliant! Love them!

ye they are 10 times better live!!seen them twice in dublin!!they were brilliant,missed them supportin elliot minor but seen them playin there own gigs with snakes hate fire!!who are also brilliant,grace has a gr8 voice everyone shud check them out but dont compare them to paramore cus they have a girl lead singer please!!but lookin forward to seen more of the mission district :D

These guys are AMAZING! I'm so glad they're getting bigger over here :) Pity they're supporting bands like McFly and Elliot Minor cos their fanbase is gonna be mostly young girls (not saying you're all bad!)

I agree entirely. I discovered this band a little while ago and got to see them with Simple Plan where they were, in a word, amazing. However, I think they might just be like any other band who get into the mainstream quickly; their music turns absolutely crap and they're followed by "no. 1 fan 12 year old wannabe emo girls" who just ruin gigs and they make you not want to be a fan. I hope it doesn't happen with these guys cause they're really good and not like many other shit bands within the genre e.g Metro Station!

Screen Time Issues
Why doesn't Travis get more screen time?! He's the tall guitarist and he is such a sweetie - I was at the free gig on the 13th and he sang Moon River to me :)
I'd reccommend anyone who likes the video to check them out live - they kick ass!
I saw the mission District when they were supporting Elliot Minor a few weeks back at the brighton Concorde Two.They were actually pretty good,playing this song and a few others.They also did an awesome version of Lady Gaga(who i HATE)s "Just Dance" with Rhiannas "Disturbia" and Kanye Wests "Love Lockdown" incorperated into it.I have to say,it was AMAZING!if you havent seen them/heard any of their songs yet,i strongly recomment them ;)
