Queens and Foos men team-up with Led Zeppelin bassist

Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme has teamed-up with the Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl and Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones to form a new supergroup.

The as-yet-unnamed band are working on an album in Grohl's 606 studios in Los Angeles.

Although details of the project remain sketchy, the news of the collaboration was balbbed by Homme's wife Spinnerette frontwoman Brody Dalle.

"I'm not at liberty to talk about it but I think [the band] is pretty fucking amazing," she gushed "Just beats and sounds like you've never heard before!"

nah man, this is just another side project, foo's are on hiatus for a bit, but they will deffo be back.
nate has also got another project going on, as he's reformed sunny day, and chris has got jackson united.

sounds awesome, hopefully this will be better than Daves previous side project Probot, which was awesome.....

I'm a fan of the 3 bands so this should hopefully be immensely interesting! XD

Could this be the project Josh Homme is trying to get Mike Patton to work on? If so, this could possibly be one of the most exciting things to have happened, ever!
