Manic Street Preachers bassist Nicky Wire talks candidly to K! Radio about Richey James Edwards' disappearance and their new album, Journal For Plague Lovers.
"It just destroyed the dynamics of the band; there were none," says Wire. "We basically were paralysed. It didn’t matter we were a band, but as human beings; a friend, family, brother, son. It had absolutely nothing to do with any kind of rock and roll mythology. It was something that lots of people go through."
