The Offspring add extra UK show

The Offspring have added a date at Manchester Academy to their Shit IS Fucked Up European tour.

The band will play:

August
25 London, Brixton Academy
26 Manchester, Academy

Support will come from Rival Schools and Broadway Calls.

They should add one for the midlands preferably Birmingham. it would be great seeing them live.

You're only about an hour and a half away from Manchester. Pity us Scots who aren't even getting a show in our country!

I tired of the Offspring after Americana, whith the exception of a couple of tracks on Conspiracy of One. That said, I'd still really like to see them live - their music was a massive part of my adolescence. I'd particularly like to see this show, as Rival Schools and Broadway Calls are both great bands - BC were fantastic live, supporting Alkaline Trio in Glasgow.

I'm rather upset that Dexter and Co. aren't playing in Glasgow and it pisses me off when bands touring the UK / Europe ignore Scotland.
