Wes Borland: "I actually love Marilyn Manson"

Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland has responded to Marilyn Manson's scathing attack where the Double M said if he were Borland, he'd "rather set [his] dick on fire than join something that I hated."

Speaking to Kerrang! Borland explained:

"I wrote nine songs to be submitted to the Manson record and none of them made it. I was really in hired gun land there, but was sort of being told that I wasn't. So when I figured that whole thing out, I knew I was never going to get an inch into that band.

"I love Manson," he added. "He's definitely one of the wildest personalities I've ever been around and one of the smartest people I've ever met but it's the Marilyn Manson show over there - Limp Bizkit is more of a band."

Gossip?

Kerrang! is a magazine, and magazines inform. Regardless of whether this is gossip or not, it's still information pertaining to Marilyn Manson.

As for these people who run around on Kerrang's site calling them "dumb fucks" and the like, if you hate the mag so much, why are you on their site? You clicked the link to come to this page. If you don't want to read "gossip", don't click.

I've always loved Marilyn Manson, and Wes' response actually makes me respect him a lot more, too... even if he did rejoin a shitty band.

Mazza Manson

Mazza Manson is surrounded by an egotistical-bullshit cloud.
the hype is defo overated...i'm not saying his music is s**t but i'm not a fan.i appreciate what he does for his fans musically but i saw them live at newport centre around 8/10 yrs ago and managed to get backstage only to find the dressing room totalled...c'mon man,it's not rock n roll...the rolling stones did all that...its just sooo diva ish.
i got to meet the whole band on their tour bus after to,and apparently,they never let anyone on the bus...he was quite a nice chap and it turned out he thought somebody stole his jacket and thats why he trashed the place...tantrum much...and it wasnt nicked,HE put it somewhere else and forgot he moved it.

and not much has changed so it seems in the 10+ yrs since then...so done now...should've disbanded after the greatest hit...not hits

I love both bands but Manson was in the wrong on this one. He's just mad that Wes went back to LB. It would be funny if Wes went on stage with his face painted like Manson instead of his usual getup to make light of the situation
