Fightstar vocalist Charlie Simpson will be co-hosting the XFM Rock Show live this Saturday night (February 21) with Kerrang!'s Katie P for a special four-hour celebration of British Rock Music.
"I am seriously excited about being invited to co-host the XFM Rock Show with Katie P," says Simpson. "We will be playing some storming classics, airing some newer talent, and showcasing the very best of British rock - highlighting just how much musical brilliance this nation has to offer."
"What's more," adds the frontman, "We might, if the mood takes us, even chuck in a little acoustic session too.... A one off treat for all who tune in!"
Also on this week's show, Katie P will have the exclusive first play of Malefice's new track End Of Days, a live session from Welsh newcomers Attack! Attack!, new tunes from In Case Of Fire and Outcry Collective, plus a chance to win tickets to a sold-out, intimate Enter Shikari London show and tickets to see You Me At Six!
