Metallica to be inducted into the Rock 'N' Roll Hall Of Fame

Metallica will be inducted into the Rock ‘N’ Roll Hall Of Fame at a special ceremony on April 4 in Cleveland, Ohio.

At a press conference on January 14, frontman James Hetfield said that the band have reached out to former bassist Jason Newsted to join in the celebrations.

“I haven't heard exactly what his response was, but there's been an invite put out, no doubt,” said Hetfield. “Let's forget the crap and celebrate.”
