Italian metal vocalist arrested for attempted murder

A 19-year-old heavy metal vocalist has been arrested for the attempted murder of her guitarist.

Cristina Balzano of Italian rockers Soul Cry is alleged to have stabbed her 16-year-old guitarist during a rehearsal after he played the wrong notes during a solo after accusing him of "sounding evil".

She has been charged with attempted murder by Genovese police.
