Master Of Puppets piece to go under the hammer

The artwork for Metallica's 1986 album Master Of Puppets is to be auctioned at Christie's in New York on November 24.

The framed artwork measures 17" x 17" and is expected to fetch $30,000 (approximately £15,000).

They say a picture speaks a thousand words.

I'd prefer to hear James Hetfield sing a few thousand. Especially for £15000.

An amazing piece of rock history nonetheless. If I had just won the lottery I think I would place a bid.

Metallica Art Work

British Government should buy the Metallica Artwork from the Master of Puppets Album and use it to inspire the youth of today regarding Rememberance Sunday instead of the Traditional Poppy Appeal

on the 11 hour of the 11 day of the 11 month

The British Government should buy this artwork and use it to Promote
Rememberence Sunday amongst the youth of today

since most youth are puppetts these days it might work better than the

traditional Poppy Appeal

pity the poor folk shelling out in Northern England and Scotland - scrumming for tickets in England and Europe - you would think the promoters could set out a complete list - instead of something on a fagg packet
