The Answer to support AC/DC!!

The Answer are set to embark on a 42-date US tour as the sole support to Antipodean rock legends AC/DC on October 28.

“It’s a dream come true,” frontman Cormac Neeson tells Kerrang!. “It’s been agony keeping it to myself, I just told my family, and that’s it. It felt like we’d won the lottery or something. There’s the potential to do even more over here if it goes well!”

The band have been currently working on their follow-up to their 2006 debut, Rise with producer John Travis (Kid Rock) in Los Angeles. The as-yet-untitled album will be released early next year.

support for ac/dc

I am an avid if not over the top fan of AC/DC and have been for over 20 years, but you would think that they would give an unsigned local band the support slot (s) for their gig's.
I know of a scottish rock band STOLEN ORDER that gig up in Scotland mostly that would just rock their audiences- they should check out the local talent! or maybe they think their just to big now?
