Wentz: "I played Russian Roulette during drugs binge"

Fall Out Boy guitarist has spoken frankly to US newspaper the New York Post about how he nearly killed himself during a drink and drugs binge.

The Fall Out Boys bassist confessed to playing Russian Roulette while being wasted.

"I pulled a trigger on a gun aimed at myself," he told the paper. "My friend and I did one pull each. We'd been drinking and had taken Ambien. I feel stupid even talking about it."

Wentz also told the paper he never wants to own a firearm.

"It's one of the reasons I've never owned a gun I'm too impulsive," he said. "I'd probably get mad and shoot someone over a part in a song or something."

Fall Out Boy's new album, Folie A Deux hits stores in the UK on November 3.

Also, the only reason Pete takes Ambien is because he suffers from insomnia, which Ambien is precscribed for - I don't think taking, probably one, ambien pill qualifyies as a drugs binge. You didn't need to report on this story, but you did so to annoy people and spread the hate - it's sad, and I will never be buying your magazines again. Also, Ambien is said to impair peoples judgement, so that's probably the only reason he was stupid enough to play Russian Roulette, it happened a long time ago, and he's changed - for the better, can't anyone except that? they keep putting the same people i.e Vile Valo, Pete Wentz etc in near enough every issue.
and they just talk to musicians about the shittest things like "when's the last time you got laid?"
i don't really wanna know about their sex life and their personal life.
i'm more interested in the music they make.
