The Humour rocked most by far! Course all the huge bands & headliners gave a good show. ..but everyone forgets all the little unsigned bands. They give more energy and soul live then any signed sold-out band! The Humour - Future headliners!! :)

Metallica were absolutely breath-taking
To see a bunch of old guys jump around the stage like kids with ADHD was a fantastic experience.

For me, it wasn't a band and he didn't exactly 'rock'. Instead, it was a man named dizzee rascal and he literally blew me away on the main stage, insanely entertaining.

Avenged Sevenfold definitely rocked hard, doing their best to play for the many fans at Leeds dispite Shadows suffering from vocal strain. Bullet for my Valentine were also epic and had an amazing crowd and atmosphere!

LEEDS!

1) has to RATM there's something about standing in loads of mud jumping up and down in wellies and shouting FUCK YOU I WON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME! that just makes you feel good.
2) Metallica, my first time seeing them and they were brilliant, new songs are amazing!
3) Dropkick Murphys because they're set was amazing, they put on such a good show, and it was the most fun I had all weekend! :D

I went to Reading Festival and for me, i was torn between 2 bands, both on the sunday. Pendulum amd Bring Me The Horizon. Pendulum put on an amazing show and the crowd were amazing. it was fucking intense! And Bring Me The Horizon. They filled in right at the last minuite and the gig they played was hardcore, despite the fact they got bottled to shit. plus the pits were insane! i ended up bleeding from 8 different places! i fucking loved it!

Burning Question: Leeds

I went to the leeds festival, and GALLOWS rocked the hardest, They put it the most amount of effort ive ever seen a band put in, and got croud participation in a song, that no one had even heard yet. Also they told the killers to go fuck themselfs because the minority of proper music fans came to see the right band, GALLOWS!

for me the bands that rocked out the hardest had to be kids in glass houses they really went for it early in the afternoon , the nme tent was heaving. i also have to say that the festival republic stage was great on saturday at reading we had you me at six, all time low and the audition who put on a great performance. surprisingly enjoyed the manics having never been a fan until hearing them live they were pretty amazing and finally attack attack on the bbc introducing stage did a killer set too. so many good performances to chose from that is my few. gutted at avenged sevenhold and slipknot maybe they will come back for next year???

I want to say Rage Against the Machine. After all it was such a legendary performance. But Metallica just trumped it. I have no idea how they did it but their set was just perfect. Not a song out of place. And when they played Master of Puppets I thought my head was going to explode from the awsome.

All Time Low for sure.
How can you not get stoked over their fusion of the best of pop punk, immature sense of humour (see the permenant "turd" sticker on Alex's guitar) and frequent reference to sex and underage drinking (because the American legal age really is that ridic).
I will be waiting on baited breath for their return.

It's a good question really, Fucked Up put on a serious show, I have never seen so much insane energy from a lead singer, ripping off his shirt, biting through a beach ball and then diving into the crowd.

But then again Floggin Molly's circle pit was absolutely insane, as was Cancer Bats.

However nothing compares to Metallica. They owned Reading festival with an insane set, energy, great attitude and buckets of charisma from James.

I would say these 3 bands were the best of the whole weekend at Reading:
1)Metallica-they killed the stage and it was the best final set i have ever seen. Death Magnetic is going to blow everyone socks off!
2)Pendulum-This band were amazing. Iwasn't into them before Reading but since then i am tempted to go out and buy there new album/
3)Bullet For My Valentine-What can you say. Pyro indoors. Go Bullet + They played all the best songs and got everyone invloved!
