Praise the loud Lord!
Digital Praise Inc., a company dedicated to spreading the Gospel through interactive media, have launched a Christian rock clone of the hugely popular Guitar Hero game entitled Guitar Praise.
While not connected nor endorsed by Guitar Hero manufacturers Activision, the game will be made available for Mac and PC in the US next month.
"People love the console guitar games on the market, but many would like more family-friendly songs and graphics," says Tom Bean, President and CEO of Digital Praise, Inc. "Guitar Praise gives kids, families and youth groups the play features they like best, plus some new twists as well as the best Christian rock titles out there today."
Bands currently slated to appear on the release - which retails for $99 (approximately £50) - include Flyleaf (pictured), The Crucified, Lincoln Brewster, Skillet, Whitecross and Seventh Day Slumber among others.
Which other Christan rock bands would you like to riff along to on future releases of Guitar Praise?
