Watch the new Aiden video

K! faves Aiden have covered Cry Little Sister for the soundtrack to the new Lost Boys movie The Lost Boys 2: The Tribe.

The Seattle goth punks and have added their own twist to the Gerard McMann classic from the 1987 original Lost Boys movie.

"When we were approached to be a part of the new Lost Boys movie I was beside myself," says singer wiL Francis. "Being such a fan of the original I could hardly set my excitement aside. This is a great opportunity for us to pay homage and be a part of something spectacular."

Lost Boys 2, starring Corey Feldman, is out in the US today on DVD.

I have been a massive fan of aiden for ages ever since they came out and they are an amazing band...x
i'm glad they have made a song for a dedication to the lost boys and i am gonna go and watch it as soon as i get chance..x

don't know who did the original or that ther was a 'Lost Boys 1' but I like it. i lvoe Aiden and I'm relly looking forward to her some of Wil's solo stuff. Nice one. keep up the great work guys.

Cant Beat An Original.

The Original To This Song Was Amazing, And Aiden Can't Pull It Off. Its Good To Here People Can Still Appreciate The Song. But It Doesnt Sounds Any Where As Near As Awesome As The First One

I loved the original and this is a great cover but it's a bit short what with the long intro. Its a good song though.

Not bad...

Its not a BAD version of the song, although I really loved the original, and it fitted so perfectly with the film. Sisters of Mercy did the original for those who don't know it, and the guys vocal was so much grittier, heavier and generally better than wiL's. Sorry. Aiden are a good band but they shouldn't have done this!

I absolutly LOVE the lost boys, my mum got me into it when I was little and I cannot freakin wait for the new one...
I love the origianal Gerard McMann version of this song and Aiden are my favorite band, when I read in K! that they were covering it i was over the moon :):)

Passable. The vocals are nowhere near as good as Andrew Eldritch though, and thats the main attraction of the Sisters for me, so it falls down a bit there. It's quite appropriate for this film, actually - completely superfluous.

Not sure what to make of this.
I like Aiden and i love the lost boys. But i just love the original song. I think they gave it a good effort, but the first one was really creepy and haunting which is what i think made it so good.
