Slipknot have posted the artwork for their upcoming fourth studio album, All Hope Is Gone, online.
The record, which was produced by the band and Dave Fortman (Evanescence, Simple Plan, Mudvayne) at Sound Farm Studios in their home state of Iowa is currently being mixed in the UK by Colin Richardson (Machine Head, Trivium, Sepultura) ready for its worldwide release next month.
"It's very reminiscent of Slipknot in '99," Shawn "The Clown" Crahan told Kerrang! "A lot of the imagery connected with this album harks back to our first album."
All Hope Is Gone will be released through Roadrunner on August 25. Be sure to pick up next week's Kerrang! magazine for a world exclusive track by track report by Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor where he reveals how the 'Knot are taking on Bush, religion and emo on their new opus.
