I lost all respect for My Chemical Romance fans when I saw a video on YouTube made by a group of people who claimed that the poor girl who committed suicide was a hero. The fact is she killed herself because of all this bullcrap of people arguing over what bands they listen to, "who's best?" who really fucking cares? she was BULLIED like people who repeatedly comment sites like this with pure hatred for other bands and always post venomous remarks about fans of various other bands.

Andymark, although some of what you say is quite funny, your comment earlier on this page is one stupid thing to say. I hope that one day you don't result in some poor kids suicide due to your distasteful, horrid remarks on things that you're obviously too bothered about. Finally, another album! i've enjoyed eveything they've released and the previous album was definately their most mature, and showed how much a competent lyricist and vocalist Corey Taylor is. He isn't afraid of spilling everything he believes in into to the public through songs, brutal songs at that.. I read somewhere that this new album is promised to "rip our faces off" - or something along those lines. Well, my face is waiting to be ripped off, lets see if the album is as good as promised. No doubt there are people who don't like Slipknot, well, i'm all for people having their own opinion, but it takes maturity to be able to discuss your opinions in a manner without dissing another human being to the ground... something that a lot of people who regularily visit this site seem to lack o.o ..although these topics are posted for us to discuss, they're not there to be used as an excuse to start arguments and ridicule another human being.

Who really gives a fuck about what each of us listens to anyways, I don't and I suppose I just figured those people who read Kerrang!, with their alternative views and music sense, would have the decency to allow others to have different views than themselves. Alas, I was wrong.

Or if you find it hard to do that then just like what you like and don't listen to the other stuff.
You are never going to please everyone and bands realise this. If they lose some fans along the way because they didn't put out the album they wanted then so what? A few less dickheads who follow you to gigs.

I downloaded "All Hope Is Gone" the other day - it's awesome! If the rest of the album is as good as that... it's gonna be the sickest album I've heard all year (although "The Slip" by Nine Inch Nails was pretty damned good).

I've heard the new slipknow album, it's pretty good, but I listened it straight after the new Walls of Jericho album that Corey produced, and it's not even half as fucking heavy!

It's hypocritical of Corey to bitch about the recording industry given how horribly radio-friendly Stone Sour are and how gimmicky Slipknot have been at times.
