Tonight Is Goodbye are great, a really fantastic live band...saw them on Sunday in Dublin, really spectacular. I wasn't a huge fan of them on record, thought they were pretty average, but they really blew me away live...they're competent, entertaining and really energetic. I love when that happens, when seeing a band live makes you do a complete 180 on your perception of a band (for the better, obviously, not like seeing 30 Seconds to Mars live...).

Slipknot's new track...wow! Amazing to be honest. The intro blasts out of the speakers and immediately...you know it's Slipknot. A little patchy at times in my opinion but a fantastic song that I honestly can't get enough of :D

Slipknot's long awaited return can only be introduced with something so heavy it will melt your face, which is what they have done here! I was hoping that the new stuff would be much heavier than vol 9, and if the rest of the album is the same, then yes I have my wish! Bring on the new album!
