Dave Grohl joins Led Zepppelin!

Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page and bassist John Paul Jones joined Foo Fighters on stage at the second of their two sold-out Wembley Stadium shows on June 7, to play two Zeppelin classics with Dave Grohl's band.

Reunited onstage for the first time since Zeppelin's record-breaking show at the 02 Arena on December 10 last year, Page and Jones joined the Foos for storming versions of Rock And Roll - which saw drummer Taylor Hawkins assume lead vocals while Grohl manned the drum kit - and Ramble On, which saw Grohl restored as the band's frontman. Following the rapturously received Zeppelin mini-set Grohl told the 86,000 capacity crowd "Welcome to the single greatest day of my life!"

So gutted i didnt manage to get tickets for the 7th now, but i still got to go on the 6th and it was fuckin' amazing anyways! :D

yes that show was amazing, everyone kinda already thought led zeppelin would show anyway cos of rumours but for some reason it was still the most surprising and amazing thing. this show was awesome foo fighters were flawless as usual !!!!!!!!! equalled muse from last year.

saw foos on 6th! don't care we missed gimmick page, the minute dave spun the stage and sung Big Me to us fans behind the stage i knew he would have to pull something special out for saturdays crowd. two and a quarter hours of non stop rocking will beat gimmicks anytime. I'm sure saturdays gig was amazing but on friday they went at full throttle just playing their own songs. Well done Dave and Co.

Amazing couple of shows.
Both friday and saturday were phenomenal.
Saturday was my 25th time seeing the band, and I'm SO SO proud of the guys.

They finally did it. Well done boys. :D

Saturday was the greatest night of my life, forgetting Jimmy Page and John Paul they were still amazing.

Takes a big man to cry, takes an even bigger man to cry on stage in Wembley stadium infront of 86,000 people. That made me cry man.

Second time i've seen them and they were amazing!

Dave was right in front of me for everlong, the rain and 86,000 people singing along made for the most incredible atmosphere.

oh and i never thought i'd see led zep live, i went completely insane when they came on XD

definitely not the last time i see them, it was amazing! just amazing!

Went to both nights. On pitch friday night and in the gods saturday. excellent both nights but must admit sound was better in the gods than on the floor!
