Panic start work on album number three

i think they need to slow down and breathe. i love panic but they need to have breaks.

its good to see young bands are writing and making music because they can and not ebcause they have nothing else to do. as good or bad as this band is (and im not as pathetic as most people will be by bitching about them or nursing a semi over this news) but its just nice to see as a band with a new album out and touring can find time DURING all this to think of their future. most bands nowadays just finish everything and write in a studio..... you can write whereever and even test a new song during a current tour

But, has no on realised why they are doing it? Panic At The Disco have noticed how popular their music is, and how popular Emo music is, they're doing it to make money. Fitting in with the crowd is the easiest way for a band to get big and get rich.

I think it's good the are just writing because they enjoy writing and not because they have to write a album by this date. I'm glad they haven't decided to go back to a fever....on the third album aswell. If it was all about the money for them then they would repeat their first album over again but no, they have matured bothas people and musicians. And if one more person tells them to "go die" how would you like it if I cussed off one of your favourite bands. Treat people as you want to be treated. You're not better then anyone else, we're all the same.

i think the short-short time gap between the two albums will make up for the HUGE time gap that there was between their first and second album. ;D

kerrang is starting to play really shit music. i was my favourite music channel but now im beginning to dislike it, scuzz has become much better as its not playing shit emo, scene bands that no one like. so kerrang ...... get rid of bands like panic at the dicso, fall out boy and green day annnnnnnd bring back good bands like cradle of filth, rammstien and lamb of god!

cos panic are working so hard its obvious that the thrid album is gonna b complete shite cos they're not thinkin about it enough. normally bands wait at least 6 months-a year to start thinkin about a new album so they can think up new ideas and spend time touring.
everyone who likes panic, including me but not so much now, thought that their 2nd album was gonna be fab, but personally it was rather disappointing. they're trying hard, pushing tehemselves to limits but not reaching the standards which everyone knows they can do.

anyway, i think panic need a bit of a break from the last album they wrote, it was alright but the only song i really liked was nine in the afternoon, they've changed alot since their first album and i think they should get used to their fans reactions from their new stuff first before jumping straight into another lot of songs. i think before the lyrics worked really well with their tunes and it doesnt seem like they tried very hard to get that, however their new stuff seems like they've tried too hard to work the lyrics, they should sto ptrying to live up to their fans and take another break, maybe rethink some things. i still love panic tho :]

I think people need to realise he did say "after the tour", it isn't too soon at all. This means it is likely to be a year before they start the album, unless they write and record on tour. A new album in a year isn't rushing at all

panic at the disco have always been different no matter wat shape and form, you cant put a label on them simply because its so different from anything youve heard before and thats why so many people like it. eveyone enjoys strange and out of the ordinary and thats how panic have been such a success, and its good that theyve started writing again because it means theyre passionate about what theyre doing. watever they decide to write its refreshing because its not the ordinary punk, emo, or metal floating around, its something so strange and enjoyable that it takes accuired ears to understand it. and if you are so stupid as to completely disregard them as to something mainstream then i suggest you take a reality check because they are certainly not mainstream.

They never said they had written a new album they said they'd written enough material for a new album.

Don't expect it soon either, there be touring for another year if not more.

ok well i loved fever but found it to sound too much like other musicians. when pretty odd came out i was like yes something different. i love the varition from song to song. flokin' around ...i have no idea what they were thinking but the rest are great. northern downpour and behind the sea are the best of the cd. if you listen to the math of those songs they are very much advanced for this music era. i can see why most people would not like it considering that most mainstream music is very boring. its all the same. u think you just need to be in the correct mood to completely understand the music. and btw only one song is beatle copied, the intier cd was sampled from many artist.
