Paramore reschedule show

Paramore were forced to postpone last night's show at Newcastle's Carling Academy due to plane problems. The Tennessee emo quartet's connecting flight from London to Newcastle was cancelled leaving the band stranded in the capital when they returned to the UK from attending this weekend's Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.

"We are really bummed out that we couldn't be at the in-store today and won't be able to play for all our fans in Newcastle tonight," said the band in an official statement. "Our connecting internal UK flight to Newcastle was cancelled, and there was no way of getting there in time from London. We apologize to all the fans and especially to those we've been told had been lining up since early this morning! We will be in town on Thursday instead and hope you will all be able to make it down still."

But fear not Paramore fans, the show has now been re-scheduled for tomorrow night (Thursday February 14). All existing tickets remain valid.

Gosh THe line was imence and when we found out it was delaid we were so angry.
Now i can't go to the one tomorrow,because i'm busy so i gave alll 7 tickets away..

I also made Paramore a valentine's card.

And my friend had to walk round town in a Riot! tee that she had made all day.

We were just abit gutted.

Management??

I live just around the corner from the Academy and got there around 7 cuz I couldn't care less for Kids In Glass Houses, just wanted to see NFG and the misses likes Paramore so...

What I don't understand is how a tour manager is soo dumb to not cancel earlier, so kids could go home in time. I mean cancelling half an hour before door times is just very very pour management and is taking the piss out of the 'fans'.

Don't get me wrong, I still think you're a major idiot for queuing for 9 hours.

Just pissed that I now have to spend my Valentine between 2000 screaming emo kids.

I already know all this. I didn't find out until I was actually outside the venue in the freezing cold getting excited when they told us to go home. Grr. Still glad it's tonight rather than not at all though. :D

its rather funny now though,
i only waited 3 hours. unlike some people i know...

its all good.

Yesturday's gig was amasing!
I know some lasses who queued for a full day, again :/
yeah, only 3 hours for me, tah.

but, they made up for the hustle and bustle of rescheduling thing.

Kids In Glass Houses were great, considering, i didnt get to see them last time they came cos 'it was a school night' i'll happily be part of the little radgies who like them now thier signed :/
