Paramore postpone European tour

Pop punkers Paramore have been forced to postpone the remaining dates of their sold-out European tour.

An official statement from the band's record company reads as follows:

"Paramore have been forced to postpone the remaining dates of their sold-out European tour for personal reasons which require their attention at home. The band regret letting their fans down by not making it to the below six cities, and hope to come back soon."

The effected UK shows are Portsmouth Guildhall on February 26, Nottingham, Rock City (27) and Glasgow, Academy (28).

Well I'm more pissed off with the fact that Rock City kids have been messed about not once but TWICE! the original date was meant to be the 9th feb, but paramore cancelled coz they had an awards ceremony on the 10th. lame but I got over it. then to re-arrange and cancel AGAIN, thats just a load of crap. I'm not bothering with this band anymore, I am more disappointed that I'm missing out on New Found Glory to be honest. I'm just glad they've just announced their own UK tour at the end of the year. I hope the band is ok and all that, I'm not all that mean, just why cancel the first one? I better get my money back!...grrr

It's sad Paramore had to postpone their tour; and there IS a valid reason for the tour being postponed, otherwise, it would still be going ahead as planned, wouldn't it?! I personally would have loved to see them, but oh well! Better luck next time!!

this is the second time it has been postponed and i have just sold another gig ticket for the 27th because they reschedualed the first time

I hope everythings ok but this really is taking the piss!

The tour in september last year had the shortest fucking set in the world to start off with and now i was going to the show in pompey and it was postponed once for the grammys at which they won fuck all and no offence to them but you could tell they weren't gonna win they were up against people who are way more mainstream than them and now they postpone again dont give us a new date and give us the shitty reason of personal problems.

ya know i never thought id lose faith in this band but i think i just did.
