BMTH fans send Architects singer death threats

Architects frontman Sam Carter has received death threats from irate Bring Me The Horizon fans after uploading a video featuring a staged fight between himself and BMTH vocalist Oli Sykes. The video was filmed at an all-day event in Karlsruhe, Germany and shows Carter "kicking the shit" out of Sykes. The clip - which was uploaded onto YouTube - has been viewed almost 15,000 times.

"We're mates with the guys and were sharing a bus for the whole two week tour!" Carter tells K!. "The fact that people believed it was real is just so ridiculous! We filmed the fight about three times and even added in comedy punch noises and yet kids were still sending us over-the-top hate mail!"

"All-day events can get boring very fast so we conjured up the first idiotic thing we could think of and made it as unbelievable as possible," laughs Sykes. "Sam was getting death threats from kids off MySpace and at the same time getting praised for laying me out! We're sorry if anyone was upset by this although I'm sure most people reading this probably like the thought of me getting a punch in the face!"

If anyone wants to even watch the video then dont even bother because it is terrible and badly made. Anyway Sykes didnt seem that bad when I saw BMTH in liverpool about 3 months ago but I'm sure if he was being an idiot in front of me I would probably beat him up really badly even though I'm a big BMTH fan but I would probably still do it.

This just sums up my opinion of BMTH fans. People only listen to them coz they think its kl, and worship Oli Sykes and his hair to an almost Gerald Way degree of obsession. If they were into hardcore at all, and not posing, they would be worshipping Sam Carter. Architects are an incredible, awe-inspiringly brutal band, they are vastly superior to BMTH in every way, except hair straighening ability ;)

Architects, Botch and Johnny Truant are much better musicians than them and deserve more coverage in K!

Seriously you people need to grow up and stop hating on people who you are blatently just jealous of. Im not a fan of Bring me the Horizons music myself, neither do i know them personally, i do not have the right to go slagging them off. They are doing well for themselves and I think some people cant handle that which is pretty sad for them.
Oli Sykes is one member of the band, and from what i have heard some of his behaviour is somewhat bad. But its what i have HEARD, no one apart from the people close to him know what he is really like, Im sure alot of what is said about him is rumours started by little boys jealous of his success and the little attention he gets from girls. I think its time people gave these guys a break and listened to their music and not idle gossip.

The fact that the fans are sending death threats over the internet already sums up the intelligence of the crowd who blindly follow BMTH for their hair and popularity.
They are like a slightly brutal version of MCR.

And for they people who say "Just don't listen to them", I don't. But I'm sick of seeing them everywhere, and their pathetic little fans who preach BMTH as much as a Christian preaches Jesus.
