Kill Hannah sign to Roadrunner

Cult Chicago electro rockers, Kill Hannah, have finally secured a UK record deal. The band, who recently toured the UK as main support to HIM, have signed with Roadrunner records (home of Madina Lake and Machine Head among others).

Kill Hannah will relase their debut UK single, Lips Like Morphine, on March 17. The band's first album release in the UK, Until There's Nothing Left Of Us, will follow on March 24. The album will include added songs from their first US release, For Never & Ever, plus new unreleased tracks.

I love Kill Hannah and have been a fan of them for the 3 or 4 years. I have all their albums, have seen them live, have met the band, and drank with them in the pub on their last tour.
It's awesome to see them out and about in the UK

woohoo!

I'm SO glad that Kill Hannah have signed to roadrunner here! I've been a fan for nearly 4 years now and have seen them at every tour, including when they first played here in 06 with Shiny Toy Guys! (I went to see KH support, rather than STGs)
I'm really glad that they're getting more recognised here, they're such great guys!
But I thought they had a NEW album coming out this year, Until There's Nothing Left Of Us has been out for 2 years or something... :S!

UTNLOU was released in 2006, the new one is 'Hope For The Hopeless' which (from what I hear) is a collection of rare or unheard stuff.

One of the songs, 'Wrap Myself Around You', is on their MySpace.

Hopefully it shouldn't be long before that album is released in the UK.

I'd love for them to put out all their other albums here too. Especially 'For Never and Ever' and 'American Jet Set', 'cause they're great. =D

'Lips like morphine' is one of my favorite songs by them with it's eerie intro and catching words. How can you not love the line 'I WANNA GIRL WITH LIPS LIKE MORPHINE!!!!!

And it's a bonus that they are signed to the same label as BIFFY CLYRO, NIGHTWISH, MACHINE HEAD AND THE DRESDEN DOLLS.

I'm stll wishing that they will come to OZ soon. Still Wating though...

i love them so much.
ive liked them for about 2 years,
i go to see them everytime they come to the UK, wait outside the venues for a minimum of 5 hours before the show, and meet them with every chance i get.
i saw them 3 times in 2007, and ive got tickets to 3 of the Aiden shows theyre supporting.
i really, really cant wait for them to finally release they're album in the UK,
more people will know them and i wont have to explain to everyone who meets me why i have Kill Hannah written on my shoes and why i have a KH tshirt on.

Well, It's about time they released something in the UK!

This band work so fucking hard, so this is just awesome, and hopefully they'll gain more fans over here when they actually release something.

They are the sweetest guys ever too, and really appreciate their fans. Last time I saw them was in Nottingham and it was freezing outside but they still stood around to meet all of their fans and sign things.

UTNLOU is an awesome album, definately one of the best I own, and my second favourite (Behind For Never and Ever), so I hope it gets lots of recognition over here.

Can't wait to see them on tour with Aiden! They will be incredible as usual =]

I thought roadrunner was a metal label. It's ok for them to get more different bands on their label but now they're just signing bands that will sell more copies than metal bands will. i've got no problem with kill hannah i just think their shit thats my opinion now dont all kill me

Kill Hannah Have Worked Hard for This

We first saw KH at GIAN in Birmingham and were blown away! Got the albums soon after, and went to see them in Islington in December. Now we're going to see them in Oxford in April. This is a fantastic band: very professional; a beautiful, consistent sound; great entertainers live; lovely to their fans. They totally deserve success in the UK. I wish them good luck.

I've liked them for about 2 and a half years, and I finally got to see them when they supported HIM in December.
I met them too, and they were really nice guys.

I was really excited when I found out they were supporting Aiden.. especially when since my tickets had already arrived.

Surely they'll be another UK headlining tour soon enough.

An amazing bunch of guys...

I've been a fan of Kill Hannah for three years, and god, i can honestly say i have never met a band like them...
They clearly care about their fans and take the time to get to know everyone they talk to,
i have so many memories from the gigs i've been to with them, and i can honestly say, hand on heart, these guys will always be my favourite band.
If you ever get the chance to see KH live, you will realise how IMMENSE they are, the atmosphere of their shows is just indescribable, and in simple they are so inspiring
They've been through so much, and they totally deserve this and i feel so lucky to have met the guys properly
Its gonna be an awesome year, and i'm really looking forward to seeing them again in April, screw Aiden...
Kill Hannah are gonna own that stage ;)

I've only just seen the news of Kill Hannah's signing and album release! Such good news - I've been to see them a couple of times, love the music, play it death at home, met them - such lovely, modest guys (secretly I hope they don't get too big...) so happy they're getting a foot in the UK door
