1. Courtney was in rehab at the time that Kurt went missing.
2. The toxicology report found that although he had a large amount amount of Heroin in his system, it wasn't enough to make him 'paralysed'... The coroner himself said that he had attended a conference where a habital Heroin user had a higher dose in his system and could ride a UNICYCLE.
3. All this stuff about the lack of fingerprints... If that were true, wouldn't the police have launched a full scale investigation instead of recording a straightforward verdict of Suicide?
