Let us clear something up here.

They are not suing because of the name.

They are suing because of the history and because of the signiture it has to the band.

If it wasn't for Californication then a lot of people today would not know who they are because everyone is so caught up with My Chemical Romance, and Fall Out Boy.

Just to clear it up, I am not disrespecting those two bands.
