Wents hearts Bryan Adams

Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz celebrated girlfriend Ashlee Simpson's 23rd birthday this past Saturday (October 13) with an '80s-themed high school prom party at her parents' house.

Naturally Simpson was the prom queen and Wentz the prom king. The couple reportedly smooched to Bryan Adams' 1991 hit (Everything I Do) I Do It for You.

"Now we can say we are high school sweethearts!" said Wentz in an interview with People Magazine. He also told the US mag that he and Simpson take the same amount of time to get ready "because I'm actually just her purse."
