Slash exposed!

In his new book, Slash: The Autobiography, former Guns N' Roses / current Velvet Revolver guitarist Slash has reveals that he divided his time in the '90s between playing arenas with GN'R and visiting clinics for sexually transmitted diseases.

"I remember spending most of my days off in and out of a variety of VD clinics," he reveals. "I was dating a porno chick as well as this sweet little junkie jailbait girlfriend I had."

The guitarist adds that, even though the AIDS epidemic was in full swing, it didn't particularly bother him.

"We figured that no one needed to worry about it until David Lee Roth got it."

Slash: The Autobiography will be published by Harper Collins on October 29.

but guns n roses are a much better band these days, dont get me wrong i love old guns n roses, everyone should just stop hating new gnr and actually listen to them...

old gn'r were great but now...axl is not what he used to be...guys at velver are still kickin asses , and as for axl...somebody should kick his ass...maybe he'll come around then...

slash rocks

g'n'r were are good band even though axel put the group together slash made the band what it was because of his AMAZING guitar skills slash rocks and g'n'r will never be as good as they once were now that slash has gone to velvet revolver now velvet revolver are awesome

This book is a really good read. I am about 1/3rd of the way through and it's cool. Whilst I'm doing an impromptu book review get a hold of the Heroin Diaries and The Dirt as well.

All three are awesome reads and made you glad you aren't a rock star - YEH RIGHT! :)
