Silverchair sweep ARIAs

The Australian Recording Industry Association's annual awards ceremony, The ARIAs, took place earlier this week and Aussie rockers Silverchair walked away with a total of five awards.

Daniel Johns and co. picked up the gongs for Album Of The Year, Best Group, Single Of The Year, Best Rock Album and Highest Selling Single. Not only did the trio receive more awards than any other Australian artist this year, but these five awards brings Silverchair's quota of ARIAs to 19 - more than any other artist in the Australian Recording Industry Association's history.

Silverchair are great!! but you never here of them in the uk, shame. Does anyone know any radio or tv station that plays them?
