Rammstein victims of internet hoax

Rammstein have slammed internet reports of singer Till Lindemann's departure from the German chart toppers as a cruel hoax.

A spoof statement supposedly from the band's management company was issued earlier this week saying Lindemann had left the Grammy nominated outfit was because of "inharmoniousness within the band" and had been replaced by former KMFDM man EnEsch.

"Since the rumour did alarm people that Till Lindemann would leave Rammstein after the release of the upcoming album, we are pleased to inform you that after consulting Rammstein manager Emanuel Fialik, the so-called news turns out being a fake," reads an official stajment on www.rammstein.com.

"Neither Till Lindemann nor another band member plans to leave Rammstein," the statement continues. "The band is currently working on the next album and is in an excellent mood. As the greed for news is the actual doping in cycling, this 'news' is only serving those who spread the same. Though the world knows now that EnEsch has moved to Berlin, even the poor EnEsch was shocked by the outlook to have to step into Till Lindemann's footsteps. I hope he and the fans of the band will recover soon from this false report."

perhaps you should rename this story "Kerrang! victims of internet hoax" as you obviously didn't cehck your sources before running the story. Or did you just paste it from Blabbermouth?

Hey man don't slam Kerrang! The same story was on Metal Hammer's website as well so K! aren't to blame for this lie of a story, it was probably some fool spreading shit over the internet to keep Rammstein fans like myself the scare.

Im glad this was fake, my friend read up about this and informed this to me afew days ago. So it must of effected people. Rammstein Kickass, i hope the new album and tour is good.

rammstein are one of a kind band. there basically isnt another industrial band that can fill football stadium and sell out an entire uk tour in one day. kerrang are wank for leaving the story on there at least metal hammer removed it after 3hours of putting it up.

Hehehehe, i love Rammstein but i find this quite funny.

Glad Till is still in the band though, he is a fantastic vocalist, his voice is as powerful as the rest of the instruments, sometimes more so (thinking of Seamann and Du Reicht so Gut).

My husband calls me the other day at work devesated that Till Lindemann has left Rammstein. I mean he was gutted. I found out yesterday from the Rammstein website that it was a hoax. Kerrang you should be very disappointed in yourselves. Remember when Take That split up, people were committing suicide. Please check out your sources first.

Damn straight he's not leaving

It nearly gave me a heart atack when i saw the news, being such a huge fan, but the official website solved that problem.
Till Lindemann is a fantastic vocalist and its a huge relief he's not leaving!!!
