Foos tracklisting revealed

Foo Fighters have unveiled the title and tracklisting for their upcoming sixth studio album.

The follow-up to 2005's 'In Your Honour' is being produced by Gil Norton (Funeral For A Friend/Feeder/Pixies) and will be called 'Echoes, Silence, Patience And Grace'.

The proposed tracklisting is as follows:

01 'The Pretender'
02 'Let It Die'
03 'Erase/Replace'
04 'Long Road To Ruin'
05 'Come Alive'
06 'Stranger Things Have Happened'
07 'Cheer Up, Boys (Your Make-Up Is Running)'
08 'Summers End'
09 'Ballad Of The Beaconsfield Miners'
10 'Statues'
11 'But, Honestly'
12 'Home'

'Echoes, Silence, Patience And Grace' will be released on September 24 through Sony BMG.

anyone else think tht cheer up boys ur make up is running sounds like a stab at a lot of the new current musicians
( no names). if so good dave rocks he blows all these otha so called rock bands out the water cept of course nin nd manson those guys are legends

you can tell a certain song is a nice wee stab at emo bands.....and i cant belive random miners in Tasmania have a song about them on a Foos album!

it's great news to hear...I didn't even know they were working on a new album. however, I really hope that it's an improvement on the last album. In Your Honour was just such a disappointment - sure the rocking cd was ok but the acoustic one was so utterly boring...neither were that special really. fingers crossed this one will rock like a motherf**ker.
