People generally seem to think that either Amy Lee is a bitch or Shaun Morgan is a bastard but we surely don't buy their music for their personalities, we buy it for the music itself.

If there is a dig at Shaun in 'Call me when your sober' we don't have to see it like that. I'm sure you can imagine another couple with a similar argument and when you listen to the song it should spark your own thoughts not Amy Lee's.

I'm not a huge fan of either of them and their argument is something I definately am not interested in as I don't know either of them personally, it's none of my business. I listen to the music, not the argument behind it. The message in the song could apply to anyone (whether Amy Lee knows them or not).

Just before I go I just want to say although it could be considered childish to write a song about an ex, it is after all a life experience, and so is just like writing a song about a current boyfriend or girlfriend.

The open door was released in October, It doesnt seem to add up that he just wants to have a probelm with it now, i mean come on he's had about 10 months to say something about it its just like why now, personally i think its to get attention.

okay sorry just HAD to chime in here. CMWYS was never actually supposed to be a single, and around the time it was released (due to windup records), Amy refused to comment on who it was about, but said it applied to a few relationships with different people.
Secondly, Shaun went into rehab about the time of it's release, and obviously people made that assumption. So Amy stopped denying it was partly inspired by him.
Finally, I do not think it was a smart move admitting it was partly about shaun either, however, it was a decent song and she has said that didn't regret the relationship.
Oh and btw, Kerrang totally edited this wrong. You can read the full interview in Blender or something, and he doesn't come across saying she's a bitch.
