Gerard Way gets engaged

Millions of teenage girls (and some teenage boys) will be left broken-hearted this evening because My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way has revealed he's engaged to be married.

Speaking to MTV this afternoon at the Rock Am Ring festival in Germany, Way was asked if the ring on his left hand was an engagement ring. Drummer Bob Bryer tried to deflect attention away from Way saying:

"That's for me, it's our friendship ring!"

However Way eventually 'fessed up adding: "I'm engaged and I'm really excited about it!"

September?! Holy f***ing sh*it! I was hoping him to be back for the end of this month! I'm going to see MCR live for the first time and I wanted to see the whole band plaing ='(

Anyways, I'm really happy for Gerard =D Even though I still can't picture him getting married(or even engaged)
