Get some posters, reviews, interviews... ANYTHING, of real metal please! I.e. Black Label Society, Corrision Of Conformity, Machine Head, Lamb Of God, Byzantine, Pristina, A Thousand Falling Skies, Neaera, Cataract, Maroon... And the like.

Kerrang used to have an oppinion but now i feel you dont. You used to print stuff saying you hated fag bands that are exactly the same as fall out boy are now. Lostprophets are basically the new westlife and dont get me started on puffy bands like bring me the horizon and panic
You need some decent bands like the bronx, lawrence arms, zebrahead, green day and Nine black alps. I want a poster of zebrahead now! lol

please tell me why in every issue there has to be an article about mcr or fall out boy, out of all the bands in the this world! why cant u interview other bands? its unfortunate that that you have entered in to this pop rock scene when gr8 band like ratm, machine head, tool etc are doing great things. There is one band that i saw about a year ago called hell is for heroes how come they have never got a mention? but hey apart from the pop rock crap the mags still pretty cool.

get joe trohman (fall out boy) to do the "songs that changed my life" section sometime soon.

i can guarantee you he'll come up with classics like morrisey, metallica etc.

he seems to get neglected from the spotlight over here, and he's often got a ton of interesting/ funny shit to say.

where are paramore,we need more of our good drug paramore.
why is there soo much of Biffy Clyro in K! at the moment,i mean dont get me wrong,they are a good band and i like them n all,but there surely isnt enough of paramore,whenever a new band has a new album coming out K! nearly allways has loads about them,(or atleast an interview with them),but i dont see alot about paramore.

Dream Theatre

Common Kerrang Dream Theatre have a new album out in a 2 weeks, wheres the coverage of them, they are one of the most talented respected and damn right amazing musicians and bands out there, give them a load more coverage. They actually have talent unlike the same generic powerchord abusers you keep putting in your terible magazine week after week. Sort it out and have some variety as opposed to only covering what 'sells'. every week

At the end of the day..

At the end of the day wheter you put less FOB or MCR or whatever in the magazine your always going to unplease some of us. I really like Kerrang! and fair enough that sometimes bands are repeated in several issues at once but if there popular then shouldnt they be? There the here and now, I mean if Paris Hilton fell over and then did something stupid then you'd want to hear about it.. despite how many issues of heat! it filled up.. non? I still like the K! very much so and aspire to be one of the very talented writers there one day =]

Kerrang you ALWAYS give out lostprophets posters. Infact we got an ian watkins one just last week! I've got a billion piling up. We always get the same bands. There's been 2 giant glossy panic at the disco ones. We havnt even had one glossy of so many other bands. You should give us posters of bands that we havnt had any of before.

mcr are haven't been in kerrang PROPERLY for ages, so when the band name appears at the bottom of the magazine, everybody just stop stressing!!!!

why is everyone complaining about mcr?! they are just a band making music for their fans t listen to. they've done nothing wrong, and then they get a load of shit from people when i bet they've only heard 1 or 2 of their songs, none of their old stuff.

yeah ok, i get you about the FOB thing, but mcr?! if they do appear in kerrag, it's usually only for a few pages.

i love MCR and i love other heavier music like evanesence, trivium, slipknot and AC/DC.

if K! does have mcr in it, it sdoesn't JUST have mcr in it, does it? no i thought not.

So thanks Kerrang for putting lots of my fave bands in your mag - maybe a few more articles on MCR maybe??

How in the hell could anyone even suggest that LFTL is better than ILAD? Not only are Bert's vocals muddy and indistinct, but judging by the inferior lyrical content, he also seems to have had a lobotomy in his spare time.
Their first two efforts showcased a gifted vocalist with a real talent for intelligent, emotive songwriting.Gone is the abstract poetry of songs such as Sound Effects... only to be replaced by such childish refrains as "Liar liar pants on fire".
The uplifting, joyous and immediately catchy hooks and melodies on songs like LIB and LWASE are nowhere to be found on Lies... The closest thing to a Blue & Yellow, or Yesterday's Feelings is the very pretty "Tunnel", and indeed this is the only song to have immediately struck me. Find a Way is dull beyond words.
When they're not overcompensating by attempting to be more hardcore (boys, just because emo/screamo are dirty words now doesn't mean you weren't making great music) they seem to be channeling bands like Panic!-- which is very strange, considering they derided that band in K! several months ago, saying such bands "overstuffed the turkey." For a band that insists they're so much better and more honest than other scene bands, this reeks of hypocrisy.
The only earnest emotion from LFTL is anger, and anger obviously doesn't agree with you, boys. Get over it, grow up, and get back to writing the beautiful, clever and honest songs I became a fan for.

Fair Call

Loved the article with Fightstar, and glad to see their new album coming out sooner than i expected.

However, why so much MCR?
I didn't have a problem with it at first but for gods sake, they are always in it... get some bloody variety.

I'd like to see a Fightstar poster also.

A small rant...

Yeah well, i AM a fan of MCR and i like seeing them in the mag, but when there's not much going on, there is not much going on!

And ENOUGH OF THAT FUCKIN' PETE WENTZ FOR GOD'S SAKE!! He is a complete arsehole of a "rock"star.

And i'm not a big fan of the rest of Fallout Boy for that matter, OR P!ATD OR Lostprophets (they used to be amazing, but the new album S-U-C-K-S)

So i think there should be more of bands who haven't been getting enough attention lately, like BFMV, AFI , Kill Hannah, and have you heard about MCQUEEN?? They are A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!

And i'll think i'll leave out the "OMG PETE WENTZ/RYAN ROSS/BRENDON URIE/IAN WATKINS IZ SO, LIKE, FRIKIN' HOTTTTT!!!!!" bit, just so you know.

Sorry this rant went on so long, and if you've read all the way down here, then kudos to you!

MCR in Kerrang!

Ok, when MCR were on their UK tour, they were in Kerrang! a lot. But now the tour is over, dont you realise that MCR havent been in it nearly as much?? I have bought issuses were the only thing mentioning MCR was the Download poster advertising.

Don't often buy K! as it's quite expensive and i'm not a big magazine buyer neways but when I do get it it's quite good...

Bands who I would love to see more of?

- Guns N' Roses (greatest band in history. dunno how long its been since they were in your mag)

-Velvet Revolver (updates plz? like when the new album's due out?)

- Slipknot

And to all those 'emo is shit' and 'MCR and Falloutboy suk' guys. get a life, theres nothing wrong with emo music plus MCR aren't even emo!! so get your facts straight!

WTF?!

To Petra towards the middle, okay people don't like My Chem <3 and Lostprophets and Fall Out Boy and that's fine, they can like who the hell they want but there are millions and millions of people out there who still like they bands. The whole reason I started buying Kerrang! was because a poster of the gorgeous Gerard Way was in it.

Just because you are not happy with bands that are in it doesn't mean they are going to change it. If you are sick of it buy another magazine like Rocksound or Metal Hammer! Get over yourself and have a bit of respect!
